If you are new to pole, we require you sign up for our Pole Basics class before signing up for the series.
Once you are comfortable with the basics (we require a minimum of 8 Pole Basics classes) and have met the skill set, sign up for our Pole Fundamental Series and find your love for pole dancing. Our 1 hour and 15 minute classes provide a fun, encouraging and positive learning environment.
At the end of each series, students will have the confidence to perform the series skills taught before progressing forward.
Proper muscle mechanics and technique are taught in a safe and effective manner. Modifications are given to meet each student's needs.
Note
In order to ensure the safety of our students, we adhere to a strict pre-requisite policy and assessments are performed at the end of each level. Our students can and do take levels multiple times to ensure comfort and safety before progressing. Transfer students: Please contact the studio for assessment.
Beginner
You've mastered Pole Basics and are now ready to dive into our pole program. Beginner Pole Fundamental Series will build off the basics by taking you through simple skills, grips, floorwork, and transitions and helping you build your upper body and core muscles. We'll take spinning up a notch and introduce you to the basics of pole climbing. We also will introduce basic combinations and lay the strength and technique foundations you will need to go invert in our Intermediate Fundamnetal Series. Beginner Pole Fundamentals is REQUIRED and MANDATORY classes and you MUST complete a minimum 8 weeks series BEFORE an instructor assessment can be requested to move to Intermediate Pole Fundamental Series.
Intermediate
You're ready to invert! Our Intermediate Pole Fundamental Series will get your feet off the ground and your legs above your head. We will take you step-by-step through basic inversions. Once you're comfortable, we'll move on to intermediate skills, and prepare you for the more challenging inversions in the Advanced Pole Fundamentals Series. We will also focus on putting all together with combinations. Intermediate Pole Fundmentals is REQUIRED and MANDATORY classes and you MUST complete a minimum 8 weeks BEFORE an instructor assessment can be requested to move to Advanced classes.
Advanced
You're ready for more challenging skills of the trade. The Advanced Pole Fundamentals will focus on advanced skills, holds and combinations. Advanced Pole Fundamentals will include building the techniques and strength needed for complex moves such as shoulder mounts and aerial inversions. You will also learn how to pull it all together with fluid combinations and graceful transitions. You just might surprise yourself. Actually, you probably will. Advanced Pole Fundamentals is REQUIRED and MANDATORY classes and you MUST complete a minimum 8 week series BEFORE an instructor assessment can be requested to move to Pole Masters classes.

Pole Basics
If you've never touched a pole before and want to learn pole dance fitness properly from the very beginning, this is perfect for you! In this basic class, you'll learn...
Our basics expose students to the joy of pole dancing through creating a strong foundation through repetitive movement
the introduction of pole dance and movement vocabulary, and the exploration of the basic concepts of pole skills, poses, transitions, musicality, and proper pole techniques. Our instructors will work with students individually in a semi-private setting making sure you are instructed in correct pole body alignment, proper muscle mechanics and conditioning, and readying you to advance. It is required to take our Pole Basics a minimum of 8 times. Also, please be aware that part of your class time involves explanation of equipment, proper use and safety.
Note
Form fitting shorts (no longer than 4" inseam) are required. Must have instructor consent BEFORE registering for Beginner Pole Fundamentals 1.
Open Pole (With Instructor)
Stop by our Open Pole and practice the skills you've learned in class. In this class, an instructor will be present for spotting and helping with skills you want additional help on.
Drop In Practice Room
Come practice what you learned in class in our practice room. This is not recommended for beginners, as No Instructor Will Be Present For Spotting Or Teaching. Please sign up only if you feel comfortable with the pole.
Pole Masters
You've graduated from our Pole series and have mastered the art of pole! Use what you have learned to continue your education by perfecting your technique and learning new, creative combinations of advanced tricks, hand grips and progressions. Climb, invert, and spin your way to new levels! Prerequisite: completion of all Advanced Pole Foundation Series levels and consent through evaluation.
Flexi Floorwork
This class combines sexy floor-play and feline-like stretching for an erotic flexibility workout. Our class starts with warming up the joints, spine and muscles, and then works on lengthening and toning your muscles. This class is all about more flexibility and strength. We utilize techniques from yoga, ballet, and exotic dance to help you build a toned, limber, and luscious body. Dust off those sexy heels and find those leg warmers!
Sultry Pole
Want to learn to develop your own sexy sultry style, grace and flow for your pole moves? Sultry Pole Flow is the class for you. Learn and execute filler techniques to move seamlessly between spins, transitions, and combos. You will be working on and off spinning pole with no inversions in this particular class. Make sure to bring your sexiest shoes and leg warmers!! Prerequisite: Students are currently in Pole Foundation Series.
Ooh La La Lap Dance
Have a certain someone you want to wow with new, sexy moves? Or maybe this is just for you. Either way, we'll teach you how to walk, dip and work your way around every inch of a chair. This class includes a warm up, strengthening section, and dance routine. We'll work your core, abs and arms even as we teach you to tease and tantalize.
Chairlicious
Chairlicious is a 1 hour cardio chair dance class that will make you feel like you're in an MTV video! Includes a warm up, strengthening section, and dance routine. Overall workout targets core, abs and arms. Enjoy learning a choreographed routine to a popular song - with your chair!
Booty TWERK
Our newest cardio booty class! Learn how to shake, pop, and work your booty in this supercharged dance class! This 1 hour class will incorporate lower body strengthening moves to tighten and tone your lower half. If you're new to TWERK or an advanced booty shaker, come and TWERK it out with us!
Kangoos Run Club
Kangoo Jumps are safe, low impact rebound sport shoes, providing many great health benefits for everyone, any age. They are so much fun, you will forget you are exercising! We'll take this class outdoors. Our instructors will lead you through a jog/run and a variety of exercises. Please When Registering For This Class And You Need To Rent A Pair Of Kangoo Boots, Our Sizes Are As Follows: Small (5 - 7 shoe size), Medium (7.5 - 9.5 shoe size), Large (10 - 12 shoe size). Bring Long Socks And A Really Good Sports Bra Please!!! Rental fee for boots is $5 due at the studio day of class. (Class will be canceled if inclement weather).
Kangoo Power
This is a highly motivating, energetic program, specifically designed to challenge the whole body, building muscular strength and endurance. The basic moves are very easy and low impact and can be performed with growing complexity and intensity. It is also great for athletes, due to its use of explosive plyometric techniques, using Kangoo Jumps rebound boots, that maximize effort, while preventing damaging impact to the joints. TRX Body Blast (Strength)
Body Blast is a strength-focused class, which is based on reps, tempo and form. Body Blast engages all your muscles with this non-stop TRX workout. Build overall strength, balance and flexibility with this total-body program. All levels welcome.
TRX Circuit Training (Cardio drills)
Circuit Training is the most popular TRX class, challenging users with a fast-paced workout that combines TRX strength exercises with cardio drills. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps at your own pace. All levels welcome.
Cardio + Core
Looking to get strengthen your core FAST? Cardio & Core class will help tone your abs while burning fat. We will use all muscle groups to raise your heart rate and define those sexy abs. Ladies, be ready to work hard and sweat!!
T&A
If time is of the essence, let's crunch two classes into one! In our T&A class we target our ab muscles, core muscles, glutes, and thighs. We will help firm up your backside, flatten those abs, and strengthen and stabilize your core muscles. This 1 hour class works abs, back, butt, and everything in-between.
Pole Ripped
Get ripped with our 1 hour all body conditioning and strengthening class. We will use resistance bands for a total stretch and strength training class, targeting all of the major muscle groups of the body especially the ones used for pole dancing. NOTE: No prior or current pole dance experience is required.
Aerial Hammocks
Have you ever wanted to run off and join the circus? Now's your chance! Aerial Hammock is one of the easiest of all the Aerial Arts. Our Beginner Aerial Hammock Class, you will learn beginner hammock moves and stretches.
Yoga Scuplt
Yoga Sculpt is a total body workout that tones and sculpts every major muscle group. Free weights are added to yoga sequence, creating resistance and intensifying each pose. Strength-training exercises as squats, bicep and tricep curls, push-ups, and crunches are incorporated to build lean muscle mass. Prior yoga experience is recommended but not required.
Barre Fit
The focus of the class is on conditioning, stamina, and strength building for arms, legs, and abs, using weights, medicine balls, and traditional barre exercises to fatigue major muscle groups with both large and isometric movements. This is a multi-level class.
Barre Flow
The focus of the class is on ballet technique, form, flexibility, and body lines. With a floor warmup, traditional barre exercises and center work, you will learn to flow through and connect movements.This is a multi-level class.
Vertical Barre
This class has a ballet warmup using the pole for balance and alignment, followed by spins, transitions, and tricks that are ballet inspired. You will work on improving core stability, extension, dance transitions on and around the pole, and extending through movements to create a polished, finished look. Prerequisite is at least 1 beginner pole foundations class.

Basic Aerial Conditioning w/FlyGym Hammock
To succeed in pole dancing you need flexibility, upper body strength, and incredible body awareness and control. You also have to feel comfortable moving fluidly off the ground. This class, using our FlyGym hammocks, combines the benefits of aerial circus, yoga and pole dance positions so that you can take your skills to the next level. Support your body in the fabrics so that you can safely learn beginner to intermediate positions, condition your body evenly, stretch further, and build climbing muscles! Please be aware that part of your class time involves explanation of equipment, proper use and safety. This is an all level class!
Intro to Pole
Are you new to pole dance fitness and want to test the waters? Then this is a one-time only introductory class for you! Our instructors introduce you to the fun of pole dancing, teaching you basic walks, spins and floor moves. No prerequisite, just come prepared to have fun and get your confidence on! (Wear yoga or capri exercise pants)
Intermediate Open Pole Class
Intermediate Open Pole Class is for Intermediate students wanting time to work on the Intermediate Pole Fundamentals 1, 2, & 3 curriculum. The instructor will warm everyone up and work within the advanced levels
Trapeze Mixed Level Class - BRAND NEW TO CHIC!
Trapeze Level 1 - Prerequisites: Intro to Aerials, previous aerials experience, or strong acrobatic background. Students should be able invert into knee-hang on trapeze or lyra regardless on their own. Trapeze Level 2 - Prerequisites: Students should be able to do single-knee hang, beats, sudents should able to invert under the top of the lyra without touching feet and straight arms, 1 pull-up

Aerial Fabric Level 1/2 - BRAND NEW TO CHIC!
Fabric Level 1 Prerequisites: Intro to Aerials, be able to do 3 aerial climbs, circus foot-locks, dead-hang from fabric with proper engagement for 5 seconds. Fabric Level 2 Prerequisites: crochet the fabric, wrap a hip-key, double foot-locks
Soft-Tumbling - BRAND NEW TO CHIC!!!
Great for floor work, transitions in contortion, or an intro to more advanced tumbling. This class will go over different rolls, cartwheels, front and back bends transitions, and standing balances.Prerequisites: Must be able to straighten your arms in a bridge and get into a handstand against the wall with no assistance
Power Pole - ALL LEVELS
Power Pole is a challenging full body conditioning workout to take your pole dancing to the next level. As your pole spins and poses repertoire increases, conditioning is a key component in executing more challenging and difficult moves. This class targets key muscles and muscle groups for pole specific moves combined with cardio, strength training, and high endurance moves. This is an ALL level class
Intro to Forearm Stands/Handstands - BRAND NEW CLASS!
Find your balance upside down and develop the strength you need for handstands and forearm stands. We will strengthen and stretch our wrists and forearms and practice getting in and out of inverted poses
Power Spins 1 - BRAND NEW CLASS!!
As you're gaining strength and building muscle with all of your pole classes, Power Spins 1 will show you the importance of the endurance and strength that it takes for pole dance. Strengthening exercises for the core and abdominal muscles will be utilized. Technique will be part of the focus as you are learning 1-handed spins and spin combinations. As your love for pole dancing grows, so will your skills. Prerequisite: must have completed Beginner Pole Fundamentals 1 (formerly Pole Basics)
